Refund & Cancellation policy

1. The Website provides you the ability to pay online through a third-party payment gateway for some of the Services available on the Website.
2. Bills once made cannot be refunded / cancelled.
3. All bookings and payments made through the website are non-refundable. However, in case for any reason, Miracles Healthcare (Arvind Medicare Pvt. Ltd.) is unable to provide the required services, in such a situation, Miracles Healthcare (Arvind Medicare Pvt. Ltd.) at its sole discretion, may refund the booking amount to the patient.
4. You will need to provide your bank account details, incase you wish to receive the refund amount thru electronic transfer. Otherwise, you will need to visit the respective facility to collect your refund.
