BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Mohit Arora did his graduation from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College and Lok Nayak Hospital, New Delhi. He went on to do his post graduation from university college of medical sciences & Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, New Delhi. He did his senior residency for three in the same hospital. He also worked in BJRM and LBS hospitals in Delhi. After completing his senior residency, he worked as an orthopedic lead in fitnessreality show, India's Asli Champion, hosted by Suniel Shetty. He did his surgical fellowship in shoulder arthroplasty and arthroscopy from Royal Derby Hospital, UK. He then did his surgical fellowship in hip and knee arthroscopy in university Kerry Hospital, Ireland under Mr. John Rice. He then continued working in Ireland in pediatric Orthopedics for a year. 

He cleared the prestigious MRCS exam from Royal college of surgeons, England in February 2017. He was also awarded the degree of Dip SICOT in south Africa after clearing the exam in December. He completed his fellowship in upper limb & hand from KAT hospital, Greece in 2019. He has around 13 years experience in the field of orthopedics.

  • Participated in IOACON 2021, Goa as faculty and did oral presentation on 'Pediatric Osteoporosis' on 24th dec 2021
  • Gave a lecture on 'Synovial Biopsy' in scientific program on early management of Rheumatic disease on 9th April 2022 & have given multiple lectures in webinars online. 
  • Attended hand surgery cadaveric course held in Athens 16-18 may 2019 under the auspices of Greek college of Orthopedic surgeons, Helenic society of reconstructive microsurgery, Hellenic society for surgery of the hand and upper limb and the scientific society of Athens medical center. 
  • Presented paper on thesis in Asia Pacific Orthopedic Association (APOA 2012), Delhi in Oct 2012 & Delhi Orthopedic Association conference (DOACON 2012) in Nov 2012.
