This Section will survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason.
• All disputes arising out of this Terms of Use shall be referred to Arbitration to be conducted by a Sole Arbitrator. The seat of Arbitration shall be New Delhi and the Arbitration shall be conducted in English language.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of India. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website. Use of this Website is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
